An artificial reef is a man-made structure, placed on the seafloor, water column or floating on the sea surface, typically construct for the purpose of promoting marine ecosystem in areas of generally featureless bottom. In this regard, many PhD and Msc thesis on artificial reefs were supported by the center. In addition, experts on artificial reefs are carried out reef projects in any scale.
